manual entry of zcs codes

phill t4 in reply to a thread on zcs codes you said that older diagnostic disks had the option to manual enter the zcs codes under dealer options which disks were these and you said that it could be applied to the DST0006V disk which files would you add to DST0006V to be able to have the manuel entry of zcs codes under dealer options on the t4
