MG TF 120 Stepspeed

Hi All



I have a 2004 54 mg tf stepspeed and the gearbox needs a service I know it needs the EZL 799 gearbox oil and I've bought the filter but I'm having problems finding a sump gasket nowhere has them in stock would the sump gasket from the BMW MINI version of the box fit the MG box?



Also after running diagnostics on the car it has come up with P1787 ratio control motor open circuit I've checked all connections and all seems fine this motor sits in the sump often refered to as the stepper motor (NOT IACV) rimmer bro have never heard of it and I really can't find anywhere that have heard of it let alone stock it



Any help would be greatly appriciated
