MGF, crusty, rusty sills. What can be done.

As part of the work I have been doing on my car during it's rest period is addressing the bodywork and filling cavities with wax oil. So..... The inside of the driver side rear quarter is getting really crusty, I removed over a coffee cups worth of rust and rubbish from in there. It has not formed a hole yet but I fear it is only a matter of time before it rusts through at the bottom. Does anybody produce a repair panel for this area or will I have to replace the whole rear quarter?
