rear disc brake comparability

Hi

Apologies for disturbing the 25 zr clan

However I would like to know the compatability between the rear brakes on link will fit my 45 want I need to ensure I get from donor, any tips or suggestions.

I currently have drum rear brakes and with various mods to engine looking to improve braking before going further. I have vented grooved n drilled fronts just need this to fit if possible. Thanks in advance
