The things we do for our cars!!

What are you up to today? Said my wife.



A little job on the TF, I said, which involves: access an electrical componant; disconnect it's wiring plug; undo 2 bolts; remove the faulty componant; put in the new one; do up two bolts; reconnect the wiring; & replace items removed to gain access.



2 hours later I returned indoors triumphant with: a bruised left knee; a right knee with bruising & 2 bleeding friction burns; my chest felt as if it had been punched; my arms ached; & I had a deep scratch on my wrist that looked as if I'd tried to end it all.



What was this "little job"?



REPLACING THE HEATER FAN RESISTOR PACK!!!!!!!



I wouldn't do that for any car. Only the TF!!!!!!!
