12.9 sec 0-60!

i recently did a 0-60 run as i have never actually cared about it, however i totally got done by a kia ceed the other day and it got me thinking. anyway, my 0-60 time was almost 13 seconds as opposed to the under 10 seconds it should be. my car is an mg zr td 99bhp. it does have a blown exhaust but surely it cant affect the performance this much?
