Downpipe damage

Hit a curb hard and this has put a flat dent in the exhaust downpipe on the apogee of the curve. It doesn't seem to have any effect, does anyone know if this will cause a back-pressure problem or anything? Flow area of the pipe must still be 80 per cent of what it was when it was cylindrical.....
