EKA codes and imobiliser

On a Streetwise 04 with a Plectron type system / fob can you still use an EKA code (once found or brought etc) to turn off imobiliser and start car without a fob in case of emergency does using the EKA code if you can on these permanently disable imoboliser until fob is used ie would I then be able to start car without a fob and just ignition key until I can get a replacement for my only fob that might be a bit dodgy on this streetwise I am doing up for family ,

Hate having only 1 very warn fob but cant get to a place to get one done for couple of weeks at least as none local and know on my older Lucas system I once used an EKA code .



Any help on how this system works different to the older Lucas ?
