heated front seats

Looking at replacing my front leather seats in my 75 which are electric with memory and heated.

Have found a pair of seat as new for a good price.

These seats are both electric,passenger side looks identical switches to my current one but the drivers side has the electric forward and tilt switches but no memory.

I assume that it would just be matter of swapping the plastic skirt over with the old controls and plug into the relevant plugs ?

The other question is,the car which new seats came out of does not have heated seat switches on the console. Does this mean those seats will not have any heating element in them to connect into ?
