mg metro turbo mkII wheel nuts

Hi to all, i have an austin metro 1,0 mayfair and i want to fit the metro turbo's mkII alloy wheels, so i can find 13'' tyres, because metric size 315 doesn't exist anymore.

But for this, I need the appropriate wheel nuts. I think it’s rather a tube nut. Is there any idea where can I find them?

Also, is the bolt/nut threat the same for both cars, Austin metro and mg metro T?
