Time to go

Well, after much deliberation, I've decided that the TF has to go to a new owner that will love it and make full use of it. So can you guys give me a few selling tips ie, best time to sell, best place to sell, private or dealer etc. Any comments gratefully received - Why the help? I've never actually sold a car before, always P/Xd
