600 sill protector cover how to remove help

Been lucky in managing to get hold of a pair of SW Autodesign skirts for my car but the seller has said they come with the original sill covers attached as the skirts have been bonded to the covers.



How easy is it to remove/replace the sill covers as I've checked in the haynes manual and also online and can't find anything about it. I've even checked to see if anyone has a guide on how to do it to a Honda Accord 5th gen with it being a 600's sister car.



Any help would be appreciated. Pics would be great.
