lambda sensor plug

Ok guys there must be hundreds of you who have disconnected the lambda plug (MGF mems 1.9 ) but there must be a secret catch and I can't find.



I have the workshop manuals in Dutch and English but it just says release it the plug unit from its support and then disconnect it(not how to do it)



Any help would be greatfully received.
