best what to do coolant change

is there a correct way to do coolant change on my tf 160 sprint? and how many litres? as coolant look horrid and ive no heat out of blowers so gona kill 2 birds with 1 stone see if air lock for blower and coolant certainly needs replacing as does coolant bottle
