Head Gasket-BUT

MGTF -160. It must be a the head gasket BUT I have drained the system including splitting the flow and return pipes below the car but start the car and still loads of water is still coming out of the exhaust, not running to long as no antifreeze/drained sysyem. Have taken spark plugs out and all bores are dry. No water in the oil. Must be head gasket BUT. Car is covered.

I know the system will hold some water around the liners but could it be anything else?
