Testbook - 2004 mgtf

OK - firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong section or anything like that.

I have just purchased a laptop with TestBook T4 - RDS 5.06 installed. What I need to know in VERY SIMPLE terms and with as many website or preferably Ebay links as possible is....What cables/equipment do I now need to purchase to connect the PC (laptop) to my 2004 (54) 115 MGTF? I need links etc as there are sooooo many different wires etc out there, having actual links to the items I need would be great.
