Help

Hello friends, i have something important to ask, i have noticed months ago an increase in my fuel consumption, till now i cant figure the problem. I have some symptoms, just tell me if its normal or not please, i really need your help guys. My car a rover 200 year 1999 hatchback 1400CC.



1. When i revs the car around 3000rpm, i feel air pushing just under where the exhaust gas comes do the curve in the front under the car. I think just under where the 02 sensor is situated.



2. When i revs the car hard one time, i just hear a whistling or hissing sound just where the injectors are.



3. I havent change fuel filter since 4 years i think.



4. When i drive in 2nd and i accelerate hard suddenly and release the pedal, the car jumps roughly to the front.



5. Also my main problem is the fuel increase, i had changed air filter recently, changed spark plugs last year, i am doing 100km urban for 10 litres of petrol.
