MGF 1.8 Repair or put it on the bay.

Been getting the bug after seeing a few mgf out & about with there tops down.



In a bit of a dilema i have a 2000 red mgf 1.8i 63000miles on the clock that i suspect has got a head gasket gone & a hood that needs repair water leaking behind the drivers back seat susspect it cause the hood has hole or it could be something else.



Do i repair this has been of road for 2 years now so it has all started to rust up on the wheel arches & bottom of doors i charged the battery & it still fired up first time.



so do i upgrade to an mgtf or get this one back on the road i am not very good with cars & took it of road for financial reasons but this would now be the weekend car if i did.



It has heated rear window as well that no longer works as the connections got ripped of the window when it was in a garage for repair.
