MGTF Misfire

Annoying misfire from my MGTF 1.8. Under load its missing a beat and gets worse the higher the demand. No fault codes showing, although at one point it showed cam sensor which I've replaced but the problem hasn't gone away. It feels like a faulty coil pack or leads but i replaced these about 4 years ago along with plugs.



Any ideas, is there a quick way to check coil pack or leads that i haven't thought of or is it just process or elimination
