need help!!!!! immobiliser

hi i was driving along yesterday in my mg zs when all of a sudden the car cut itself out the hazzard lights automaticly came on and the boot opened itself.i managed to pull the car in off the road by freewheeling.since then the car wont start at all and there is a beeping noise within the car.i tryed using the fob to unlock/lock the car but nothings happening.anyone have any experiance with this..also tryed my eka code but got absolouthly notting:(.in desperate need to get the car goin.so any advice is greatly apprecianted :)
