tourer rear side window ariel

hi to all

the radio signal on my rover 75 is very bad and on investigateing I found that the radio ariel connection on the rear window has come away from the glass,it looks like it was soldered to the window any ideas how to fix,i have tried blue tac and tape but does not improve the reception
