Wont Crank

Hi all. MG-ZT 1.8, been running fine, then on Saturday morning turned the key and while all the lights came on nothing else happened. Turned it again and it fired up just fine. Later in the day turned the key, lights are on but nothing again. Rolled it down the hill and bumped it to start first time. Got home and parked up and again, all the lights are on, but nothing. And I mean nothing, not even a click from the solenoid.



I've read through a bunch of posts on here, and am thinking it may be a loose connection on the starter rather than needing a new starter.



Does this sound likely, and if so, does anyone know where the starter motor is and how easy it is to reach? I'm assuming I will need to get it up in the air, but its parked on the street and I dont want to get run over.
