4-2-1 Manifold and sports cat

I'm thinking of buying this 4-2-1 manifold:
MG ZR ZT ZS 105 120 160 1.4 1.8 EXHAUST DE CAT MANIFOLD 2001-2005 | eBay

or something like it and a sports cat and was wondering if modifications would have to be made to the centre pipe for the sports cat to be fitted and help would be a great help
