So after all the questions and worrying after just 7 weeks of ownership my car is dead. Basically the head gasket was due to be chnaged today. However on stripping down the engine today have been told the liners have dropped. My question is what do i do. I have been told it can be repaired using liner shims or a new engine. Had anyone heard of liner shims and do they work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated !!??
