Rover 25 Dashlight and main console lights gone 3rd time

Hi there, so I had a problem with dash lights and main console lights, it was an easy fix as it was the fuse and left tail light bulb. This time it happened again but now all of the bulbs are fine and I have check all the fuses under steering wheel as well as under the bonnet but the lights don't work. I saw a spark coming out from glove box light I have checked the bulb and its fine. Any ideas on what is going on?
