135 Cams

OK all you knowledgeable types, here is one for you.
My ‘F’ is a bog standard non VVC MPI 1.8. I’ve managed to find some 135 cams. So a few questions.

• I know I need to fit the drive ‘do dar’ for the distributor cap, however I find that you can indeed put it at any angle you like in relation to the cams! I would have thought there would be some sort of keyway or something. So how do you get it in the right position?
• I have read that there could be some issues with the engine at 6k RPM using these cams with the Mems 1.9 that I have! Anyone know if this is true and can anything be done about it.
• What issues are there with fitting these cams that may not be initially evident. (I’ve rebuilt engines before, both car and motorcycle so I can wield a spanner and lump hammer no props)
