seat belt replacement

The ash grey belts in my TF have seen better days and I would like to change them for black Securon ones without the pretensioners.

I have read about the battery disconnection, and waiting before working with the pretension stalks, and also about the need to replace the pretensioner wiring with a resistor to make the SRS system think there is a pretensioner fitted.

Has anyone done this, and if so what value of resistor is required for a TF?
There seem to be different ones available for different cars, but obviously I need to get the right one for a TF!

Any useful advice as ever gratefully appreciated.
