Bear with me I've got 6 months of stuff to share !

As long as I have had my F the driver side door has rattled excessively when encountering rough terrain, such as a normal road !!! I was advised that it might be the rubber dampers in the door insufficiently adjusted. I sorted this and no change. I then changed the hinge bushes, but no improvement. I then took the door card off to check the window slides etc. No obvious issue. Exasperated I then looked at the door hinge and Hasp on the car body and seen that there was bearing marks on the hasp. I slackened it off and dropped the hasp about 2 -3 mm. Lo and behold the rattle is gone. Very pleased
