Aerial to radio in my 75

Hi guys. I've already posted this in the radio section of the forum, and I haven't had a response. So I thought I'd chuck it here to see if I have any more luck.

All the current radio tuner/sat nav/ cd changer is in the boot at the moment, and my radio has finally kicked the bucket. if i was to install a new radio into my 75, i am guessing that i would need to run a new aerial cable from the back window, to the new head unit. As the aerial goes to the tuner in the boot at the moment.

what cable and connectors would be best to do this??
