The Japanese spec cars had a cat over heat sensor that isn't needed to a UK/Europe spec cat can be used. A new cat from Xpart (such as Rimmer Bros) would be a way of making sure that the cat is upto spec, over sellers on the likes of eBay are something of an unknown but would possibly be ok for your needs.
