Heated rear window not working, switch + relay fine

Good morning,

As it's that time of the year again and I want to protect the soft-top from the elements, the heated rear window on my MGF is not working and I can't quite figure out why.

The relay and switch have been tested in another MGF and are working fine there, obvious fuse has been tested and replaced to no avail.

The only thing that works currently is the backlight on the switch itself, no clicking or anything when it is pressed.

Would anyone have any ideas? I did take it to MJS to be diagnosed who said it may be a wiring fault but just wondering if there's anything else to double-check before I spend hundreds on her again.
