MG6 Engine noise

I have a 2014 1.9 DTI MG6 and when starting from cold sometimes has a rattle ( sounds like dry hydraulic lifters, but this engine has not got them ). Has been to the dealers a few times and all they have done is changed the oil to Castrol magnatec C3 but noise is still there sometimes. Anyone else had this problem?
