Removing the 135 engine.

I'm going to be going through the process of removing the entire engine from a TF 135 i've recently acquired.

I understand the safest method to do so is to take the rear of the car off. Is this correct? And are there any documents showing the correct method to go about doing this so the whole engine doesn't come crashing down on top of me when i'm doing it?

As it stands, I hope to lower the engine out the bottom rather than ratchet lift it out of the top.

Also with the fuel tank, is it easier to remove that via the engine bay or from behind the seating rack?
