Pulley-idler ancillary drive - BROKEN! NEED ADVIDE

I have a ROVER 25, 2.0 IDT, YEAR 2000, WITHOUT A/C but with this " Pulley-idler ancillary drive" - Part no. PQR101000 -

and it use a belt for an A/C car(extralong), and now has broken

My question is: Can i cancel these PULLEY AND USE A NORMAL BELT FOR NO-A/C ROVER because i don't find these pulley without his support(mount)?

I'm from Romania and here i find only original piece...and it's expensive!
