New exhaust is knocking against the frame

Hi all,

I was fed up with my rusting/disintegrating 13-years old exhaust and ordered all new parts : http://ift.tt/2hqElSJ

They are all compatible new parts of course. The downpipe/cat on the left is React brand and the two others are Klarius.

So I unbolted everything, bolted the new ones and started my car. I've also changed all the gaskets and rubber mounts. And there was that horrible knocking noise. I've since determined that the flange between the middle section and the rear silencer was knocking against the car frame, near the right/rear wheel.

I don't understand what I did wrong. All the parts seem identical (except for the flex pipe part that is shorter on the new version). Their parts number are compatible with my car. I think all the mounts are in the right place.

I can't figure out why these new part knock where the old ones did'nt...

Has anybody faced this issue before? Maybe it's due to a difference between Rover 25 and Rover Streetwise that compatible parts manufacturer did not take into account?

Can somebody with a Streetwise take a picture of that flange so I can compare it to mine? It would help very much.

Thanks for your insight on this issue.
