Rover 25 - luxury one to buy

Hi,
My searches have found a 2 litre diesel from 2000 with 174000kms on it.
Carfax shows it may have been stored for two years. Arranged to view it tomorrow.

Got leather seats, aircon, 4 electric windows, so must be the most luxurious version or were leather seats just an optional extra? The car looks a bit scruffy, but I'll know when I see it.

Usual things to look out for right?
mayo in oil filler cap, coolant level and if oil in the expansion tank?

did these have HGF probs?
Are the above for this engine?
