Why has Dr Qu Li set up this new company?

On 3 October 2016, Dr Qu Li set up a new company called LDV Group Ltd, company number 10408112, with a registered office at Eco Campus, Station Road, Hinton-On-The-Green, Evesham, WR11 2Q and a correspondence address at Common Farm, Common Lane, Mappleborough Green, B80 7DP. Nature of business: Sale of new cars and light motor vehicles. The Evesham address is also home to specialist vehicle manufacturer Multidrive Ltd which Dr Li owns.

Dr Li still owns LDV Vans - LDV Van Dealers - LDV Van Parts - Eco Concept so the Harris Group who import LDV into the UK have had to set use Official site for LDV in the UK

Why did Dr Li set up the new LDV company bearing in mind that Harris Group are the UK importers? Is she perhaps still planning on some form of UK assembly per her original plans? Back in 2009 The Telegraph reoported "Eco Concept plans to employ around 200 people and produce around 2,000 specialist vehicles, such as ambulances, a year. LDV’s plant in Birmingham, which had a capacity of 80,000 vehicles per year, will not be used for manufacturing because it is “not viable”. A new site in the area will be sought."
And of course, there's also the Morris Commercial Vehicles venture which has yet to get off the ground but I'm intrigued about the new LDV company she has set up.
