MGF Upper Suspension Arm Shaft Replacement 'How To'

Hi all.

I haven't found a 'How To' on Upper Suspension Arm Shaft Replacement. If there is one can someone please let me know?

If not, I would like to know:
Does the hydragas need to be depressurised (and re-pressurised following replacement)?
If so, will the Low Loss Pump here do the job:
