Loose cable stopping car from starting?

Hi all Ihave included some pics ( it was hard to show you where this wire is coming from in a picture) but if anyone could shed some light id apprieciate it, my car is currently not doing anything at all when I turn the car, it is not the inetia it is not the immobilser or the battery so we ca rule all of them out, Im oping its this lose wire I found.



So can anyone shed any light on where this plugs in as I couldnt see where it connects. Cheers.
