Pump-up in Watford area

I'm starting a project to save a 1997 F from the scrap yard. It belongs to a friend who has sadly let her go over the last few years due to personal problems.

One of the first jobs, which I don't have the equipment for myself, is to pump the Hydro-gas system up.

Any recommendations of garages in WD7 7HU area, that are reasonable on price would be appreciated. A mobile service would be ideal.
