Rover 45 / ZS damper and spring replacement.

Is it a difficult job to replace the coil springs and dampers/shocks on a 45? What other parts would you recommend changing at the same time?





Im after all 4 suspension assemblies for my 45. I have new dampers and springs I just need the other parts that make up the assembly. I'd prefer to make up the assemblies/struts ready to go straight onto the car.
