Seat swap

Seen a few posts on here that say it's possible to swap the seat back from a passenger seat to the driver's seat (and a few that say it can't be done). Does anyone know if it can be done or would I need to try and swap the covers instead?



The main issue I have is the seat winder, some posts have suggested that it is possible to just swap the plastic handle from one side to the other as the mechanism was the same on both sides.



However, on taking the back off the seat it appears that the mechanism isn't the same both sides.

Any ideas?
