No1 injetctor Loose!

The number 1 injector has come loose from its upper housing. Although the car still works and is driverable it is clearly running rough.



If I wiggle the blue injector I can see the seal in the top. I have tried to force it back into position, but I am reluctant to put to much pressure as its on plastic.



Does anyone have any suggestions on how to re-seat the injector without having to take things apart.
