Rover 200

Hi I'm Chucky I have a rover 200 1999 I have had my issues with it and managed to over come and now looking to improve it, I'm wanting to no if I can put a turbo on it and if so how hard is it to do ow and I need a new complete set of door card if anyone can help me out let me no I would be very appreciated
