Suspension Noise Help

Just looking for ideas of what the issue might be...



I have had pretty much the whole front suspension rebuilt/replaced:

New:

shocks and springs

drivers side top mount and both bearings

drop links

ARB bushes

wishbones and bushes

steering rack



Rear:

new springs



Since then there has been a double knock noise that I only hear occasionally when pulling away of going at low speeds, also when going over rough roads there defo sounds like there is something loose underneath (I have removed the undertray) my mechanic has said he has tightened everything and can't see any other issue



I have checked that the NSF calliper is tight which it is and there are no loose wires or cables or anything.



Any other ideas, it does sound like a metal on metal sort of double knock, but it is only faint and only intermittent...



Appreciate any suggestions you may have :)



PS: the car is smooth as you like now and the steering is really tight and accurate, the is perfect except for this one annoyance!
