Scorpion SS Exhaust advice

I could do with some advice I am just about to buy a second hand scorpion exhaust at what seems to be at a resonable price

Are they compatable with all TFs I have a 2002 160 . Is there anything else required to fit them special gaskets etc

Any advice would be appriciated I have not fitted one before
