TF coilovers... Are GAZ the only solution?

I am swapping F-TF subframes and need a fully adjustable suspension.

Is GAZ the only solution?

Spax are not height adjustable

Bilstein are not rebound adjustable (3 spring set for height)

What about Tech speed?
