Coolant problem

Morning guys just wondering might be causing this.



So I noticed on a journey the the header tank was bubbling and full! Happened twice, so I decided to bleed the system. Which went wrong when I undone a bolt too much and lost all my coolant lol. Anywas refilled and bled but the nipple behind the cover under the bonnet only bleeds when accelerating and not continuous. But I had it running withnh cap off and heater on and no issues. As soon as the heater was turned off. Fluid exploded out the top. Car is not overheating at all. Assuming it would explode with the cap on normally anyway, but why would I do it with the cap on? :p
