metro conversion help please

ive been liking the idea of doing on a conversion on a metro so want to find out a few questions before i consider it



whats the highiest sensible engine you have seen in a metro without pratically making a new car



i know 1,8s is easy fit but how does the vvc 160s work?



is there a lot more involved



finally i want to gain max performance from the car so will consider any ideas
