Ticking injectors

Guys,



I noticed the other day that my injectors were ticking rather loudly. I put some injector cleaner in with a fresh tank of fuel and the noise dissapeared for a few days.



This morning it came back louder than before.



I might change them, would it be a simple swap or is there more to it?
